Lumber Heritage WoodFest 2025 will take place entirely at the Clarion Mall, featuring both indoor and outdoor vendor spaces. The event hours are Friday, March 21, from 12 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday, March 22, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Setup begins at 10 AM on Friday and 8 AM on Saturday.

Indoor vendor space is available with a single booth accommodating one 8' table at the following rates:

• $75 for a single booth
• $131.25 for a double booth
• $187.50 for a triple booth

Vendors are required to bring their own tables and chairs.  Please indicate if you require electricity.

Outdoor vendor space pricing is as follows:

• $50 for chainsaw carvers actively carving
• $150 for food trucks or trailers (No spaces available)
• $100 for craft or artisan vendors
• $75 for nonprofit organizations

Please note that no electricity or water is available for outdoor vendors.
