VENDOR INFORMATION
Lumber Heritage WoodFest 2025 will take place entirely at the Clarion Mall, featuring both indoor and outdoor vendor spaces. The event hours are Friday, March 21, from 12 PM to 6 PM, and Saturday, March 22, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Setup begins at 10 AM on Friday and 8 AM on Saturday.
Indoor vendor space is available with a single booth accommodating one 8' table at the following rates:
- $75 for a single booth
- $131.25 for a double booth
- $187.50 for a triple booth
Vendors are required to bring their own tables and chairs. Please indicate if you require electricity.
Outdoor vendor space pricing is as follows:
- $50 for chainsaw carvers actively carving
- $150 for food trucks or trailers (No spaces available)
- $100 for craft or artisan vendors
- $75 for nonprofit organizations
Please note that no electricity or water is available for outdoor vendors.
