Lumber Heritage WoodFest 2026 – Vendor Information
WoodFest 2026 will take place at the Clarion Mall and will include both indoor and outdoor vendor spaces.
Event Hours
Friday, March 20 — 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Saturday, March 21 — 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday, March 22 — 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Early Setup: Thursday, March 19 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Friday Setup: Begins at noon
Indoor Vendor Spaces
A single indoor spot is sized to fit a standard 8' table. Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.
Indoor Rates for All 3 Days:

$80 for a single spot ($50 Non-Profit)

$134 for a double spot

$189 for a triple spot
Electricity is limited and must be requested on the application.
Outdoor Vendor Spaces
Outdoor vendors must bring their own canopy, tables, and chairs. Spaces are located on an asphalt parking lot. No electricity or water is available outdoors.
Outdoor Rates for All 3 Days:

$75 for chainsaw carvers actively carving

$200 for food trucks or trailers (very limited spaces available)

$150 for craft or artisan vendors (12’ x 12’ space)
